UFC 229's Empty Slots Filling Up Fast

The empty slots in UFC’s celestial event card lined up for October 6 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, are filling up fast. The most looked for UFC event will be featuring Michelle Waterson vs. Felice Herrig brawl for the featherweight category. For the light heavyweight division, UFC 229 will be holding a brawl between Ovince Saint Preux vs. Dominick Reyes while Tony Martin vs. Ryan LaFlare would be colliding in the welterweight category.

Yana Kunitskaya would be taking on Lina Lansberg in women’s bantamweight category.

The main card for the night is the most awaited fight Khabib Nurmagomedov vs. Conor McGregor for lightweight division.

Michelle Waterson has high expectations from the fight. The 32-year-old American artist recently bagged a close victory over Cortney Casey via split decision. Before the win, the number 7 ranked strawweight fighter had to face consecutive defeats from Namajunas and Torres.

Felice Herrig, on the other hand, enjoyed some wins; however, she was met with an unfortunate loss at UFC 223 at the hands of Karolina Kowalkiewicz via split decision. She is currently ranked at number 8 in UFC strawweight category.

Ovince Saint Preux has bagged four victories out of his five recent fights. His opponent, Dominick Reyes is so far the best fighter that he would be taking on in the cage, as the young prodigy has sealed all three wins in UFC so far. He scored his wins through first-round stoppage.
