New Zealand’s Carlos Ulberg and America’s Dominick Reyes will do battle in the main event, with both men eyeing a shot at the light heavyweight title currently held by Magomed Ankalaev.
With Ankalaev rematching Alex Pereira for the belt at UFC 320, and rival contenders Jiri Prochazka and Khalil Rountree set to face off at the same event, Ulberg and Reyes have the opportunity to jump the queue, with an emphatic win set to put them at the front of the title shot queue. The big questions are who will get that victory, and will it be enough to still stand as the top contender when the dust settles after UFC 320?
On this episode of the RDX Sports Podcast, Editor-in-Chief Simon Head gives his take on that bout, as he assesses the UFC’s light heavyweight landscape. He also takes a look at the three big fight cards set to take place this weeknd, as he picks out the bouts to watch from PFL Europe 3, Cage Warriors 194 and UFC Perth.
