Podcast: UFC 316 Recap – Merab Dvalishvili and Kayla Harrison rule the world at 135 pounds

UFC 316 in Newark, New Jersey showcased the best in bantamweight MMA as Merab Dvalishvili defeated former champion Sean O’Malley in their title rematch to retain his undisputed UFC bantamweight title, while Kayla Harrison dethroned Julianna Pena to capture the women’s bantamweight crown.

The night also saw big wins for Joe Pyfer, Mario Bautista and Kevin Holland, who all furthered their respective careers with impressive victories on the main card at Prudential Center.
