The main event saw Abelrahman Alhyasat moved to 4-0 with a unanimous decision victory over local hero Abdullah Al-Qahtani to move into the featherweight final. He’ll face Egypt’s Islam Reda, who punched his ticket to the 145-pound finale with a unanimous decision victory of his own, over Morocco’s Maraoune Bellagouit.
The night’s co-main event delivered a show-stopping finish as Egypt’s Omar El Dafrawy flattened pre-season favourite Jarrah Al-Silawi with a huge left hand and follow-up hammerfists to claim a huge shock victory and book his spot in the welterweight final. He’ll face Kuwait’s undefeat Mohammad Alaqraa, who earned a unanimous decision victory over Iran’s Amir Fazli.
