In the Impact Arena, Andrade showcased his impactful brand of MMA striking as he blitzed the challenger with a multi-punch combination, with a rip to the body proving the decisive shot.
Andrade’s body shot folded up Kwon, who fell to the canvas in clear agony, as referee Herb Dean moved in to wave off the contest with Andrade raining down follow-up strikes to his grounded opponent.
The finish was as brutal as it was quick, as Andrade claimed the 10th win of his pro MMA career with his sixth knockout finish.

It meant that Andrade retained his undisputed ONE bantamweight MMA title, and earned him a $50,000 performance bonus from ONE Championship chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong.
Andrade’s victory over Kwon came in the co-main event of the evening, and was the second of three title fights on the card at the Impact Arena.
In the main event, ONE featherweight Muay Thai champion Tawanchai successfully defended his title with victory over ONE featherweight kickboxing champion Superbon via second-round TKO, while earlier on the main card, Nabil Anane captured the interim bantamweight Muay Thai title with a first-round TKO of Nico Carrillo.
