Speaking at the pre-fight press conference ahead of fight night, “The Predator” explained that he’s ready to use his full MMA arsenal to defeat Ferreira.
The Cameroonian superstar said Ferreira was clearly the top PFL candidate to face him on his own promotional debut under the PFL banner, but he warned that he’s ready to do whatever is necessary, and use whichever aspect of MMA he needs, to defeat ‘Problema.’
“I would definitely say Renan is at the top of the line,” Ngannou admitted.
“But my entire life, my biggest opponent has always been me. On Saturday night, I am going to get him, so he should be ready.”

The fight may pit head to head two fighters with devastating one-shot knockout power, but Ngannou said that he’s ready to take the fight the full five-round distance if necessary to get the victory on Saturday night
“This is an MMA fight, so everything will be on display. We’ve prepared everything, and everything will be on display,” Ngannou said.
“On his end, too, I believe he is preparing some things because he is a jiu-jitsu black belt, and he is not undermining my punching power.”
For his part, Ferreira concurred, and said the fight could go in any direction, with both men capable of getting the job done on the ground.
“Definitely. We are both complete fighters,” he said.
“We can strike and grapple as well. I am ready to fight wherever the fight goes. The fans can expect a great fight.”
