Fabian Edwards vs. Josh Silveira headlines PFL World Tournament semi-final lineup in Chicago

The PFL SmartCage heads to Chicago, Illinois on June 27, when the Wintrust Arena plays host to the middleweight, light heavyweight and heavyweight semi-finals of the PFL World Tournament.

Headlining the loaded fight card is the 185-pound semi-final clash between England’s Fabian Edwards and American former light-heavyweight finalist Josh Silveira, who will do battle for a spot in the $500,000 final later this year.

The other middleweight semi will see America take on Canada, as Dalton Rosta faces off against Aaron Jeffery in a battle of former Bellator contenders.

The night’s co-main event focuses on the light heavyweight division, as Phil “Mr. Wonderful” Davis looks to move one step closer to the tournament title when he faces off against Sullivan Cauley. The winner of that bout will move into the final to face the winner of the night’s other 205-pound semi, as Antonio Carlos Jr. takes on England’s Simeon Powell.

Those four semi-finals form the bulk of the main card in Chicago, with the featured portion of the card kicking off with a bantamweight clash between former Bellator champions, as Sergio Pettis and Raufeon Stots face off in a battle of former teammates at 135 pounds.

The early card will feature the two heavyweight semi-finals, as Valentin Moldavsky takes on Alexander Romanov, and Oleg Popov takes on Rodrigo Nascimento. They’re joined by a trio of alternate tournament bouts, one for each of the three featured weight classes – middleweight, light heavyweight and heavyweight.

And the event will also see the return of Biaggio Ali Walsh, with the American looking to move to 3-0 as a professional when he takes on Ronnie Gibbs in a lightweight showcase bout on the early card.
