The event will be split into two fight cards, with the inaugural round of PFL Africa tournament bouts forming the preliminary card before giving way to the PFL Champions Series main card later in the evening.
PFL Cape Town will be headlined by a middleweight world title bout between Johnny Eblen and Costello van Steenis, while 2024 PFL women’s flyweight champion Dakota Ditcheva takes on former Bellator vet Sumiko Inaba in a flyweight showcase matchup in the co-main event.
Former Bellator featherweight champion McKee has also been added to the card, and will take on 11-1 Russian contender Akhmed Magomedov, a protege of the legendary Khabib Nurmagomedov.
Also added to the PFL Champions Series card is a heavyweight showcase bout between light heavyweight champion Corey Anderson and 2024 PFL heavyweight champion Denis Goltsov. Their matchup will open up the five-fight main card in Cape Town, and will be followed by a lightweight showcase bout between Artur Zaynukov and Takeshi Izumi.
The preliminary card will feature the inaugural PFL Africa card, and will be headlined by former BRAVE CF bantamweight champion Nkosi Ndebele, who will look to claim victory in his first-round tournament bout against Mahmout Atef.
Also set for action on the PFL Africa portion of the card is English heavyweight Abraham Bably, who takes on Badredinne Medouri in the first round of the heavyweight tournament.
