Lee battled back and forth with Wilson in a thrilling main event at the BEC Arena before eventually locking up a rear-naked choke to secure the submission finish at the 3:27 mark in the third round.
That victory improved Lee’s career record to 14-10, and continued a run of alternating wins and losses since returning to Cage Warriors in 2024.
Among the night’s big winners was French light heavyweight contender Nell Ariano, who stopped Finland’s Riku Urholin with strikes in the second round, while Italy’s Damiano Scogna stopped Romania’s Richard Kallos with elbows in the second round of their bantamweight contest.
And an action-packed preliminary card saw one of the most spectacular Cage Warriors moments of the year when Marc-Philippe Ngatchou knocked out Yusuf Nazokatov with a stunning spinning backfist 12 seconds into the second round of their lightweight matchup.
