London-based Frenchman Lohore will take on Polish submission specialist Mansur Abdurzakov in a clash of fighting styles at BRAVE CF 94.
The event, which takes place at Arena De Geneve in Geneva, Switzerland, will see Lohore and Abdurzakov put their skillsets head to head in a battle that could potentially propel the winner into a championship bout later this year.
Abdurzakov has captured eight of his 11 pro wins by submission, and he plans to use his showcase appearance in Switzerland as a chance to announce himself to the BRAVE CF 175-pound division.
A veteran of Poland’s FEN fight promotion, Abdurzakov will look to bounce back from a second-round TKO loss as he lost his FEN welterweight title last November. Now he’s moving up into the BRAVE CF super welterweight division, where he’ll look to use his submission skills to grapple his way to the top.
That’ll be a tough test, however. Lohore is a seasoned, dangerous finisher, who has captured 20 of his 25 career victories inside the distance, with 13 knockouts and seven submission finishes to his name.
“Da Killa King” has his sights set on the BRAVE CF super welterweight title and will be looking to put away another dangerous submission threat in similar style to the manner he finished former BRAVE champion and grappling ace Marcin Bandel one year ago.
His 80-second knockout of Bandel put the rest of the super welterweight division on notice, and his follow-up win, another first-round knockout of Jivko Stoimenov, saw Lohore leave no doubt over his status as one of the division’s most dangerous contenders.
Now, after falling to a second-round defeat at KSW 101 in December, Lohore returns to the BRAVE CF cage as he faces Abdurzakov looking to make it three wins in a row under the BRAVE CF banner.
