BRAVE CF and WFC have built a working partnership over the past four years to deliver events to help MMA achieve national sports status in Slovenia.
Two events were held in Slovenia in 2023, with Erko Jun capturing the BRAVE CF light heavyweight title, and Pavel Dailidko winning the heavyweight title.
BRAVE CF is currently the most-hosted MMA organization in Europe, having held events in 16 European nations. So far, BRAVE CF has hosted events in Northern Ireland, England, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, Russia, Belarus, Italy, Poland, Serbia, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, and Austria, with Slovenia emerging as one of its biggest success stories on the continent.
The promotion also has a strong contingent of Slovenian fighters on its roster, including Monika Kucinic, Luka Podkrajsek, Miha Frlic, Domen Drnovsek and new signing Jan Berus.
The June 7 fight card in Slovenia may well feature a number of those Slovenian stars, as BRAVE looks to continue its foray into European MMA in 2025 as a part of BRAVE’s “Year of the BRAVE” schedule.
