The fighters took to the scale in Bahrain ahead of BRAVE CF 91, with the event’s two championship fighters both successfully making weight for their title bout.
The BRAVE CF bantamweight title will be on the line when South Africa’s Nkosi Ndebele takes on Zimbabwe’s Nicholas Hwende for 135-pound supremacy, and there were no issues between the pair as they made their championship matchup official.
Ndebele tipped the scale at 61.2kg, while Hwende came in slightly lighter, at 61.1kg.
The night will also feature a light heavyweight superfight, as Ubaidula Tagirov faces off against Abdelliah Azzouzi, and the two big man made weight without issue, with Azzouzi narrowly outweighing Tagirov by 93.3kg to 93kg.
Former UFC flyweight contender Muhammad Mokaev locked in his participation in the event on his BRAVE CF return as he hit 60.0kg for his return against Joevincent So, who came in 1.6kg lighter than the global star.
Three fighters missed weight during the weigh-in window. Bahrain’s Hamza Kooheji and Sabrina De Sousa, plus Kantemir Shibzukov all failed to hit their contracted weights and forfeited a percentage of their fight purses to their respective opponents.
